Like many modern Blue Oval models, the Lincoln Mark VII has recently begun to conjure up interest among collectors, who are always looking for the next big appreciating asset. Only time will tell if that’s ultimately the case, but for now at least, we continue to see quite a few Lincoln Mark VII models in nice condition with lower miles on the clock surface for sale, and in many cases, secure solid amounts of money via online auctions – and that list now includes this 1992 model.
This 1992 Lincoln Mark VII LSC is up for grabs over at Bring a Trailer, and it certainly fits the mold of what a collector might be looking for, given the rather low 14k mile figure showing on the odometer. It was sold new at Bright Bay Lincoln-Mercury in Bay Shore, New York, and remained in the possession of the original owner until April 2023, which means that the Graphite Clearcoat Metallic coupe is still in fantastic condition to this day.
In fact, there are no exterior flaws noted in the auction listing, and the interior remains in stellar condition as well, with just normal wear present in its Titanium leather seating. It’s also well-equipped with automatic climate control, cruise control, a trip computer, a Kenwood Excelon stereo, and a dealer-installed cellular phone, radar detector, and aftermarket alarm system. Power comes from Ford’s 5.0L V8, which was factory-rated to produce 225 horsepower and 300 pound-feet of torque and is mated to a four-speed automatic transmission.
This is just one of the latest Lincoln Mark VII models we’ve seen pop up for auction in recent months, though it’s easily one of the nicest. Most recently, we’ve also come across a 10k-mile 1991 model, as well as a 1992 with 29k miles, and another 1991 with 43k on the clock.
We’ll have more cool auction finds like this to share soon, so be sure and subscribe to Ford Authority for more Lincoln news, Lincoln Mark VII news, and ongoing Ford news coverage.
