Noah Gragson just announced that he’s going to drive for Front Row Motorsports (FRM) in 2025 and beyond, where he’ll continue to pilot a NASCAR Ford Mustang Dark Horse in the Cup Series. During the press conference, Gragson explained that he’s excited about the opportunity to race for FRM, and that signing on with the team has helped shift his perspective on his future with them.
“It’s definitely been eye-opening,” Gragson said. “They’ve run good, Michael [McDowell] and Todd [Gilliland], obviously run good, Layne’s [Riggs] been running good in the Truck Series, so coming in, I’ve been teammates with Todd in the past… he’s learned a lot of stuff. I’m not sure who the third [Cup] driver will be, but we can all work together and come together and have success on the racetrack.”
FRM is at the cusp of expanding its operation to field three Cup Series race cars starting next year. Obviously, Gragson will be behind the wheel of one of those NASCAR Ford Mustang racers, although his number and sponsor lineup have not been announced as of this writing. The second entry, the No. 38 Mustang, belongs to Gilliland. The third, which is the No. 34 Mustang, will need a new driver, as McDowell will leave FRM at the end of the 2024 Cup Series season to join a Chevy team.
“With that being said, Michael and Todd’s performance on the race track has definitely been eye-opening,” Gragson said. “It doesn’t go unnoticed by not only myself, but I think everybody in the garage. The Front Row Motorsports guys – they’ve got speed throughout the weekend.”
Gragson also points out that FRM has a technical alliance with Team Penske, which fields four Cup Series cars and hosts the No. 12 NASCAR Ford for reigning champion Ryan Blaney. Gragson says that this alliance will prove invaluable to him and his teammates in the coming years.

I was never a fan Noah in the Xfinity series but he seems to have matured since those days. Good move for FRM!
