The Ford Super Duty debuted for the 1999 model year, and hasn’t looked back. Rather, the heavy-duty truck has proven to be a bonafide top-seller and massive profit generator for The Blue Oval, and we’re even starting to see earlier models with low miles pop up at collector car auctions as well. That list has expanded yet again, this time, to include this 2003 Ford F-250 Super Duty that has just 39k miles on the odometer.
This Ford F-250 is up for auction right now at Cars & Bids, and it’s a SuperCab model finished in Oxford White that has lived its entire life with one owner. There are a few flaws, as one would expect, such as the typical scratches and paint chips, a single dent, and peeling paint in a couple of spots, but otherwise, the exterior remains in solid condition with no modifications, other than the addition of a Rhino Linings bed liner.
Inside the cabin, one will find Medium Flint cloth upholstery, along with amenities including a power adjustable driver’s seat, a sliding rear window, an AM/FM/CD/cassette radio, air conditioning, cruise control, and power windows, mirrors, and locks. Power comes from the turbocharged 7.3L V8 Power Stroke diesel, which was factory-rated to send 250 horsepower and 525 pound-feet of torque to the rear wheels via a four-speed automatic transmission.
This Ford F-250 is just the latest earlier Super Duty we’ve come across at auction sites as of late, a list that already includes another Oxford White example – a 1999 F-250 with just 21k miles on the clock, as well as a pretty cool 2000 F-550 that was formerly owned and used by the FBI.
