We’ve known for some time that the 2025 Ford Bronco Sport is set to usher in that crossover’s very first refresh since its debut for the 2021 model year. In fact, Ford Authority has spotted a number of 2025 Ford Bronco Sport prototypes out testing for months to this point, many of which weren’t wearing any camo whatsoever. That includes one last November that sat a bit higher than the current Badlands model, which was accompanied by beefier tires – signaling that a new, more capable version might be on the way, which is precisely what Ford is now teasing.

This short teaser video posted by the automaker itself pretty much guarantees that a Sasquatch package of some sort will be offered on the 2025 Ford Bronco Sport, given the fact that it’s that same mythical creature that’s drawing an “8/26” in the mud covering this model’s tailgate. In the post, Ford reveals that this particular model – and perhaps the 2025 Ford Bronco Sport in general – will be revealed on August 26th, so we won’t have to wait much longer to find out more details about what this upgrade may consist of.
What we do know is the regular Ford Bronco has been offered with the Sasquatch Package since its launch for the 2021 model year. That package includes an array of gear such as 17-inch black high gloss-painted aluminum beadlock-capable wheels with beauty rings, 35-inch tires, a high-clearance suspension and wider fender flares, a 4.7 final drive ratio with electronic locking front and rear axles, and the Advanced 4×4 system with Automatic On Demand Engagement. Given the fact that the Bronco Sport Badlands already comes with the twin clutch drive unit, it’s possible that the Sasquatch may at least offer up a lifted suspension of some sort.
In recent months, Ford Authority has spotted a handful of 2025 Ford Bronco Sport models with other interesting details, too. Those include a front brush bar, rear tow hooks, and even load bearing attachment points, coupled with slightly revised front and rear exterior styling and a larger infotainment screen inside the cabin.
We’ll have more on the 2025 Ford Bronco Sport soon, so be sure and subscribe to Ford Authority for more Ford Bronco Sport news and continuous Ford news coverage.

Was looking a a Bronco Sport Badlands and the dealer wouldn’t drop the price even though it was a 2023 and been sitting on the lot for a year.
I decided against buying anything Ford after reading about all the issues with the 1.5 and 2.0 EcoBoom engines.
