Last December, shortly after Ford reached a new master contract agreement with the United Auto Workers (UAW) following a six-week-long targeted strike, the automaker began offering what it called the UAW Member Offer, a new deal that offered not only union members – but all shoppers – $1,500 off the cost of a new Ford vehicle. Now, Ford has revived that same UAW discount for new 2025 model year vehicles, too.
According to a dealer bulletin recently seen by CarsDirect, the UAW Member Offer has returned yet again, and it’s available for most 2025 model year vehicles in Ford’s lineup. That list includes the 2025 Ford Mustang, Ford Mustang Mach-E, Ford F-150 Lightning, Ford Bronco, Ford Maverick, and Ford Explorer, plus 2024 models such as the the Bronco, Bronco Raptor, Maverick, and F-150, to name just a few.
As was previously the case, the UAW Member Offer gives shoppers $1,500 off the cost of a new Ford, plus, it’s available nationwide and can be combined with other incentives, to boot. Those same shoppers have a pretty long time to take advantage of the deal as well, as it’s slated to last until December 31st, 2025. Given the sharp rise in incentives over the past few months, it could help reduce the purchase price of a new vehicle by a substantial margin.
This is good news for those in the market for a new Ford vehicle, of course, particularly as many 2025 model year vehicles have received some sort of price increase in recent months. However, as CarsDirect notes, the 2025 Ford F-150 isn’t currently listed in this bulletin, though it may still be included in the offer, as it could simply be a case of timing. In any event, it’s always best to check in with a dealer before taking the plunge, regardless.
We’ll have more incentives to share soon, so be sure and subscribe to Ford Authority for 24/7 Ford news coverage.
8/12 update: Please note that this discount may only apply to UAW members, as suggested by several readers. Ford Authority recommends readers reach out to their local dealers for official information.
