Put Your Money On NASCAR Ford Drivers At Michigan

The Cup Series race at Michigan International Speedway is scheduled for August 18th, 2024, and if you’re the betting type, some of the NASCAR Ford drivers have great odds to win on Sunday. Others yet are serious longshots, but anything can happen at NASCAR’s highest echelon.

According to the Michigan betting odds on NASCAR.com, Ryan Blaney, driver of the No. 12 Ford Mustang Dark Horse and former Michigan winner himself is the safest bet in The Blue Oval’s stable at 15-2 odds. Brad Keselowski’s No. 6 Mustang doesn’t look too shabby either, favored at 9-1 odds, followed by Joey Logano’s No. 22 Mustang at 10-1. Chris Buescher, who won the race last year, is favored at 18-1 odds to put his No. 17 Mustang back in Victory Lane.

It’s quite a jump to the next-best NASCAR Ford driver. Noah Gragson, driver of the No. 10 Mustang, has odds of 100-1 to win, as does Josh Berry, driver of the No. 4 Mustang, and Austin Cindric, driver of the No. 2 Mustang. Michael McDowell’s odds of 150-1 make the No. 34 Mustang a longer shot to win, matching Chase Briscoe’s No. 14 Mustang.

Favored at 300-1 odds is the No. 2 NASCAR Ford driver, Austin Cindric, along with Justin Haley, driver of the No. 51 Mustang. Harrison Burton’s No. 21 Mustang is a longshot to win as well with 500-1 odds, and Cody Ware, driver of the No. 15 Mustang, has the worst odds of the entire field at 1,000-1.

As usual, Kyle Larson, who drives the No. 5 Chevy Camaro ZL1, has the best odds to win Michigan at 11-2, followed by Denny Hamlin, who drives the No. 11 Toyota TRD Camry, at 6-1.

The green flag – weather permitting – is scheduled to drop at 2:30 p.m. ET on Sunday. As previously stated, Buescher is the defending winner at Michigan, and he could use a win to make the 2024 Playoffs.
