For several years, a company called Centurion Vehicles based out of White Pigeon, Michigan, created a handful of models that The Blue Oval didn’t at the time – including large SUVs based on the F-Series truck lineup, not to mention oddities like van/pickup conversions with dual rear wheels. These Ford Centurion models are quickly becoming red-hot collector’s items in today’s world, meaning that this 1993 Ford F-350 Centurion Pacifica is more likely than not to attract its fair share of attention at auction.
This 1993 Ford F-350 Centurion Pacifica is up for grabs at Hagerty, and it’s a seriously fine example of these unique models that’s nearly as long as a country mile. Centurion created this particular model by lengthening the frame of a factory F-350, then added custom bodywork that – in this case – extended the Crew Cab model to accommodate nine passengers.
This example has just over 100k miles on the clock, but looks no worse for wear in pristine Oxford White with the Premium Tri-Tone Paint Package, stainless steel lighted running boards with fender flares, an Astro bed cap, and 16-inch Alcoa polished aluminum wheels, which are wrapped with BFGoodrich Commercial T/A tires. The interior is chock full not only of seats that can fold into a bed in the rear, but also amenities such as captains chairs up front, a walnut overhead console, CB radio, a TV, and VHS player, while power comes from the 7.3L IDI diesel V8.
This is just the latest Centurion Blue Oval model we’ve seen up for sale lately, as that list also includes a pair of very interesting conversions. Most recently, we’ve come across a very cool 1990 Ford Centurion C-350 Classic with just 59k miles on the clock that’s a solid old full-size SUV conversion, as well as 1990 Ford Centurion C-150 Classic that’s also essentially the four-door Ford Bronco that the automaker never made – at least, until the latest sixth-generation model arrived for the 2021 model year.
