2020 Ford Mustang Shelby GT350R With 43 Miles Up For Auction

Through the course of its S550 generation, the Ford Mustang lineup welcomed the return of both the Shelby GT350 and GT500 models, which have been around since the pony car’s very first generation. However, The Blue Oval also sold the more hardcore Ford Mustang Shelby GT305R, which traded some amenities for speed, making for a more track-focused machine that has since become a coveted collectible. Those looking for a nice, low-mile Ford Mustang Shelby GT350R now have one to bid on, too.

This 2020 GT350R is currently up for grabs at Bring a Trailer, and it has an incredibly low 43 miles showing on the odometer, meaning that it’s basically brand new. It was acquired at auction by its current (and second) owner two years ago, and now, is looking for a new home in basically perfect condition. At the moment, there are no noted flaws marring its Magnetic paint, which is complemented by optional over-the-top blue racing stripes and carbon-fiber wheels wrapped with Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 tires.

Inside the cabin, one will find Recaro sport seats finished in Ebony cloth and Miko suede, along with a rear seat delete. Other telltale signs of the GT350R include its unique suspension setup that utilizes a MagneRide damping system, coupled with two-piece brake rotors and Brembo calipers, adjustable strut mounts, performance-tuned front springs, and an aluminum front strut tower brace. Power comes from the naturally-aspirated Ford 5.2L Voodoo V8, which cranks out 526 horsepower and 429 pound-feet of torque and is mated to a six-speed manual transmission.

  1. I don’t know why people buy cars and just let them sit. The worst thing for any car is for it to not be driven weekly and just rot away in a barn. What a waste of cool machinery that was meant to be driven!

  2. Garage queen. Goes from a climate controlled garage to a show via climate controlled transporter. My guess is that 40 of those miles are from maneuvering it around shows, either pushed or driven at idle. somebody will pay unconscious money to put it in their I-love-me collection. Like those kennel shows- ever see a dog that you’d take on a hunt? Drive ’em. Don’t hide ’em.
