The 2025 Ford Bronco Sport introduces a slew of significant updates to the rugged off-road crossover, marking its first refresh since the model’s debut. The good news for those eager to get their hands on the updated Bronco Sport is that they won’t have to wait much longer, as Ford Authority has learned that production will begin in just over a month.
Assembly of the 2025 Bronco Sport, which is handled at the Hermosillo Assembly plant in Mexico, is scheduled to kick off on November 11th, 2024 right alongside its corporate cousin, the 2025 Ford Maverick, which will enter production on the same day. Note that the aforementioned date is tentative and could change at any time.
As for what to expect from the refreshed off-road crossover, perhaps the biggest news is the addition of the optional Sasquatch Package, which is now offered on Outer Banks and Badlands models. Said package closely mirrors what’s already offered on the Ford Bronco, kitting the Bronco Sport out with the twin-clutch rear-drive unit and locking rear differential lifted right from the Badlands trim, while both models are shod with meaty 29-inch 235/65/R17 Goodyear Territory All-Terrain tires. It also features the Rally GOAT mode and improved suspension components, just to name a few.
The 2025 Bronco Sport also gets modest restyling, including a refreshed front end with new lighting elements and aggressive-looking “Bronco bolts” inside and out. The cabin gets a 13.2-inch infotainment screen front and center with Sync 4 capabilities along with wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay to make smartphone integration a breeze. Ford Co-Pilot360 Assist+, meanwhile, is now standard on every trim.
Those upgrades have made the 2025 Ford Bronco Sport, which is generally considered a more approachable and affordable alternative to the regular Bronco, slightly more expensive than the outgoing model year. Ford Authority recently uncovered pricing for the forthcoming model, which will start at $29,995 for the base Big Bend trim, not including destination freight charges.

Bet the ’25 Escape doesn’t begin until January, or later. There are a LOT of ’24s stuck on lots because dealers (and Ford) want absurd prices. $6K off a 3K-mile demo doesn’t cut it. Try $12K.
…. looks like an Escape with a safari bar. I had a ’24 as a loaner.
WHOA, I can’t complain enough on this one …
