Like many global markets it competes in, Ford has been busy revamping its lineup in the Middle East over the past couple of years, and with great success. In fact, The Blue Oval has enjoyed quite the sales surge in that region as a direct result of that retooling, as consumers are clearly responding positively to the addition of new models. Most recently, that included that addition of something that can’t be bought in the U.S. – the Ford Taurus, which just received a new hybrid engine option in the Middle East. Now, it’s set to be joined by another new product, the refreshed 2024 Ford F-150.
The 2024 Ford F-150 has quietly been joining a number of markets outside of the U.S. as of late, and now, the Middle East is set to join that list, too. There, the popular pickup will be sold in trims including XLT, Lariat, Tremor, and Platinum, with engine options consisting of the twin turbocharged 3.5L V6 EcoBoost, 3.5L V6 PowerBoost hybrid, and the naturally-aspirated 5.0L V8 Coyote, all of which are mated to the 10-speed automatic transmission. Additionally, Pro Power Onboard is available as an option on the XLT, but also included as standard across the rest of the lineup.
Otherwise, the Middle Eastern 2024 Ford F-150 lineup is quite similar to its U.S. counterpart, presenting customers with features such as the new Pro Access Tailgate, Dynamic Hitch Assist, Pro Hitch Assist, and Pro Trailer Back Up Assist, along with a standard 12-inch infotainment screen. The revamped pickup is available to purchase now, with deliveries already underway across the region.
“Embodying Ford passion, the new Ford F-150 trims embody the legacy of the Ford F-150, pushing the boundaries of capability and toughness, with more advanced technology and a level of refinement that demands to be experienced,” said Sam Shagga, Brand Manager, Ford Trucks. “Eminently suited for discerning drivers in the region, the Ford F-150 delivers peak performance in hot desert climes for on and off-road adventures in comfortable surroundings.”
