2025 Ford Bronco Cuts Interior Grab Handles From Most Models

Entering its fifth model year, the 2025 Ford Bronco continues to forge ahead without any major updates, though there are certainly some notable ones worth lulling over. Along with a trim level revamp and the addition of new models (plus the deletion of a few others), the 2025 Ford Bronco is getting a few new welcome features, a handful of changes in terms of exterior color options, and the deletion of certain equipment. Now, we’re learning about another update for the 2025 Ford Bronco that pertains to the interior grab handles.

Turns out, according to Bronco Nation, the interior grab handles are no longer included as standard equipment on every 2025 Ford Bronco model. Rather, they’re present in the Big Bend when equipped with the new Black Diamond package, the Outer Banks when fitted with the Sasquatch Package, and are also included as standard on the Badlands and Heritage Edition series, though it’s unclear if this means all of the interior grab handles have been removed from other models, or just certain ones. Regardless, owners of other models will need to look to the aftermarket if they want grab handles in their Bronco, where there are a few options available.

In addition to this update, the 2025 Ford Bronco trim level lineup also marks the return of the Base trim – albeit as a late availability option – while the Black Diamond, Wildtrak, Everglades, and Heritage Limited Edition trims have all been deleted. At the same time, the 2025 Ford Bronco lineup is gaining two new offerings – the recently-revealed Free Wheeling Package, which adds gradient stripes and other unique retro touches to the Big Bend trim – as well as the Stroppe Special Edition, which pays homage to the Baja 1000-winning Stroppe Baja Bronco of 1969 that also inspired a handful of road-going variants that were sold to the general public.

The entire 2025 Ford Bronco lineup is gaining the 12-inch digital gauge cluster as standard equipment, as well as rear HVAC vents that have moved from the floor to the rear portion of the center console, at least, for four-door models equipped with the 10-speed automatic transmission. Finally, the 2025 Ford Bronco Raptor is adding a trio of new exterior color options – Marsh Gray, Desert Sand, and Ruby Red – though a total of six have been deleted, a list that consists of Cactus Gray, Iconic Silver, Hot Pepper Red Metallic Tinted Clearcoat, Peak Blue, Race Red, and Yellowstone.

Brett's lost track of all the Fords he's owned over the years and how much he's spent modifying them, but his current money pits include an S550 Mustang and 13th gen F-150.
