Ford Motor Company sales increased one percent to 504,039 units during third quarter of 2024 in the United States. Sales decreased at Ford and increased at Lincoln.
“Different lifestyles and use cases require unique types of power,” said President of Ford Blue and Ford Customer Service Division, Andrew Frick. “We’ve listened to customers to offer them vehicles with powertrains to meet their specific needs, and their response validates our product strategy,” he added.

During the first nine months of the 2024 calendar year, Ford Motor Company sales increased 2.7 percent to 1,548,172 units.

One percent is minor. Everyone that reports monthly had a bad September. That was impacted by Labor Day weekend sales being counted in August (why?), but October and November results will be telling.
Big picture…through 3 quarters total Ford/Lincoln sold 40,000 more units than last. Heck with the percentages, that’s pretty good.
