The Blue Oval enjoyed tremendous success at the all-female Rebelle Rally from the start, securing a win in the X-Cross class in 2020 with the then-new Ford Bronco Sport. Since then, Ford Performance has continued to tweak its driver and vehicle lineup with each passing year, but the results remained the same, as the automaker scored X-Class wins in 2021, 2022, and 2023. Unfortunately, that streak came to an end at the 2024 Rebelle Rally, but Ford Performance managed to record some solid results across the board, regardless.
With 68 teams vying for glory this past weekend, including five with Ford Performance. Melissa Clark and Kathryn Reinhardt placed second in the X-Cross class in their 2025 Bronco Sport Badlands with Sasquatch Package, barely missing out on five consecutive wins, largely due to some mechanical problems.
“After a major mechanical break in Johnson Valley on day five, Ford, including Darin Spreadbury and Mikhele Fiorini; my husband, Brian Clark, who made a 600-mile parts run; and the Rebelle mechanics team, led by Nick Cimmarusti, all worked together to locate and source an oil pan and skid plate and get the car put back together,” Clark told Bronco Nation. “By midnight the night of the break, we were back together and had two more great days of competition, allowing us to finish second in class and win the Bone Stock award once more for Ford.”
Meanwhile, in the 4×4 class, Shelby Hall and Rori Lewis also scored a second place finish in their Ford Bronco Raptor, while Laura Wanlass and Penny Dale – who also competed in a Bronco Raptor – were right behind them in fourth. Bailey Campbell and Sedona Blinson piloted their 2024 Ford Ranger Raptor to a fifth place finish, while Karisa Haydon and Trista Smith secured seventh place in a Ford Bronco Wildtrak. Now, Ford Performance can already starting looking forward to next October, when the 2025 Rebelle Rally will once again prove to be a big test for all involved.
