Here’s A Guide To Every 2025 Ford Bronco Sport Wheel

Debuting with a revamped front end, cockpit, and headlined by the new Sasquatch package for higher-tiered trim levels, the 2025 Ford Bronco Sport features a host of options and packages for just about every buyers’ preference. Ford Authority recently walked you through all available packages for the off-road crossover, and today, we’re examining all of its eight sets of wheels, including pricing and availability.

As usual, wheel availability depends on trim level, which in the case of the 2025 Ford Bronco Sport, consists of Big Bend, Heritage, Free Wheeling, Outer Banks, and Badlands. The standard wheels for the base Big Bend trim are the 17-inch Carbonized Gray-painted High Gloss Aluminum wheels, while the 17-inch Matte Black-painted wheels are included in the Black Appearance Package (option code 67G), a $1,750 option on the Big Bend trim. This trim can also be fitted with the 17-inch Carbonized Gray-painted aluminum wheels, which are included in the Black Diamond Package (option code 67C) for $2,570.

The sporty 17-inch Ebony Race Red-painted wheels are standard on and exclusive to the 2025 Ford Bronco Sport Free Wheeling, while the Outer Banks trim wears the 18-inch Machined-Face Ebony Black-painted aluminum wheels as standard. The Heritage trim, meanwhile, gets the retro 17-inch Oxford White-painted aluminum wheels as standard.

Finally, in order to equip the 17-inch Ebony Black-painted aluminum wheels, buyers must choose the Sasquatch Outer Banks Package (option code 67A) on Outer Banks Models for $3,535, or the Sasquatch Badlands Package (option code 67B) on Badlands models for $2,990. The range-topping Badlands trim, meanwhile, wears the 17-inch Matte Black-painted aluminum wheels as standard.

As previously reported by Ford Authority, pricing for the off-road crossover starts at $31,590 for the base Big Bend trim, including destination freight charges. Other changes on the way to the 2025 Ford Bronco Sport include the deletion of three exterior colors while it gains  two new ones. Assembly of the off-road crossover occurs at the Hermosillo Assembly plant in Mexico, where production is scheduled to begin on November 11th, 2024.
