2025 Ford Bronco Sport Badlands: Photo Gallery

The 2025 Ford Bronco Sport represents a significant update for the rugged “baby Bronco” crossover. Today, Ford Authority puts the Badlands trim on the spot, discussing its unique features and tech that make it ready to tackle just about any terrain right off the showroom floor.

The 2025 Ford Bronco Sport Badlands is the range-topping model in the lineup, meaning it gets quite a bit of advanced tech and features as standard. It starts with the frond end, which features a black molded-in-color (MIC) bumper cover with steel plates to protect its more delicate underbody bits built right in. It also gets front D-ring recovery hooks as standard, and a Carbonized Gray-painted grille sports bold molded-in-white Bronco script across the middle. Meanwhile, LED fog lamps provide a little extra light throw for darker environments.

The 2025 Ford Bronco Sport Badlands rolls on a set of 225/65R17 all-terrain tires wrapped around 17-inch Matte Black-painted aluminum wheels. The Shadow Black painted roof is standard (except for, of course, models that are already painted Shadow Black), which is topped with a set of black roof rack side rails. A black MIC bumper, meanwhile, is found out back, rounding out the rugged ensemble.

Other notable features include extensive underbody protection and the Class II Trailer Tow Package with Trailer Sway Control as standard. Under the hood, it packs the turbocharged 2.0L EcoBoost I4 engine, good for 250 horsepower and 277 pound-feet of torque, along with Advanced 4X4 technology, the HOSS 2.0 Off-Road Suspension, and a twin clutch rear drive unit.

The 2025 Bronco Sport Badlands also boasts a host of interior comfort features and technology that make it a force to be reckoned with. This includes a unique console with a rotary terrain management system switch, which allows the driver to select from Normal, ECO, Sport, Slippery, Off-Road, Rock Crawl, and Rally modes. The driver also enjoys a premium wrapped and heated steering wheel.

The Bronco Sport’s front sport contour bucket seats are leather-trimmed with mini-perforations, and feature multidirectional power adjustments. It also boasts under seat storage beneath the second row passenger’s seat, and zipper pockets up front and a MOLLE straps system on both front seatbacks.

The 13.2-inch Sync 4 infotainment system joins the refreshed lineup as standard equipment on all models, replacing Sync 3.

As is typically the case with refreshed models, the 2025 Ford Bronco Sport range is more expensive than its predecessor. Specifically, the Bronco Sport Badlands starts at $41,710, including destination freight charges. As previously reported by Ford Authority, the Bronco Sport will go into production on November 11th, 2024, at the Hermosillo Assembly plant in Mexico.
