2025 Ford Everest Gets Ranger’s Equipment Upgrades

As Ford Authority reported back in April, the Australian versions of the 2024 Ford Ranger and Everest lost a handful of features based on supply chain issues and consumer preference, though the 2025 Ranger did pick up a few – including onboard power outlets, which were previously not included because they didn’t meet Aussie standards. Now, we’re learning that the 2025 Ford Everest will follow its pickup counterpart by adding a few minor equipment upgrades for the new model year, too.

According to CarExpert, the 2025 Ford Everest lineup will also now come equipped with the 400W power inverter that includes a socket inside of the cabin, just like the Ranger. That feature will be present in every trim of the 2025 Ford Everest except for the entry-level Ambiente, though it is getting an acoustic windshield to help cut down on road noise. As for the Sport trim, it’s now equipped with eight speakers instead of 10, and the luxurious Platinum is losing its active park assist feature. Otherwise, Ford Australia notes that the Everest is receiving some unspecified “minor changes to interior trim and appearance across the range.”

Meanwhile, pricing has increased for certain 2025 Ford Everest trims in Australia as well. The Ambiente is standing firm at $54,240, while the Platinum is $85 more expensive at $81,200 and the four-wheel drive, V6-powered Sport gets the biggest increase at $900, meaning that it now starts out at $74,640.

Aside from these tweaks, the biggest addition to the 2025 Ford Everest lineup is the new off-road-focused Tremor, which just debuted back in August. The new Tremor is equipped with goodies such as a signature Tremor grille with factory-fitted auxiliary LED lighting, tow hooks, and a steel bash plate, unique 17-inch alloy wheels wrapped with General Grabber AT3 All-Terrain tires, Asphalt Black wheel arch moldings, coupled with a variety of distinct touches inside the cabin, too.

Brett's lost track of all the Fords he's owned over the years and how much he's spent modifying them, but his current money pits include an S550 Mustang and 13th gen F-150.
