2025 Ford Expedition Platinum: Photo Gallery

There’s plenty of changes and updates on the way to the 2025 Ford Expedition, which dropped cover in early October 2025 to the tune of extensive styling updates both inside and out. One of the distinct trims in the full-size SUV’s lineup is the Expedition Platinum, which is geared toward a more powerful ride without sacrificing comfort. Ford Authority takes a look at what’s in store for the Expedition Platinum fitted with the Stealth Performance Package, outlining what sets it apart from the other models in its line.

The most surefire way to tell the 2025 Ford Expedition Platinum with the Stealth Performance Package is to take a look at its front fascia. The package – which costs $6,545 – fits the Expedition Platinum with blacked-out exterior accents, darkening the Expedition script, lower fascia insert, Ford oval badge, and rear bumper treatment. Comparatively, the “regular” Expedition sports brightwork around the front end, including a prominent silver piece of trim around the lower portion of the front fascia, but the Stealth Appearance Package nixes these bright accents.

The 2025 Ford Expedition Platinum with the Stealth Package also gets black belt molding, along with the 22-inch by 9-inch Magnetite Painted Machined-Face aluminum wheels with P275/50R22 A/S BSW tires. Red brake calipers peek through the spokes of those wheels, offering a sporty touch, while the roof is adorned with black roof rails.

The rear end shows off blacked-out fascia elements, and just like the front end, it sports black Expedition script and Ford ovals.

The Stealth Performance Package, as the name suggests, also fits the Expedition Platinum with a number of performance upgrades; namely, it gains the high-output version of the turbocharged 3.5L V6 EcoBoost engine, which is tuned to deliver 440 horsepower and 510 pound-feet of torque. That engine is paired with a high-flow exhaust system to make it sound as mean as possible.

Other goodies packed into the Stealth Package include the addition of the Driver’s Package, which bundles creature comforts such as a 22-speaker sound system by Bang & Olufsen and continuous control damping suspension. It also includes Sound Enhancer with Active Noise Control.

As previously reported by Ford Authority, the 2025 Ford Expedition will enter production at the Kentucky Truck plant on January 6th, 2025. Customers interested in the tough off-road-ready SUV should expect to shell out at least $82,970, including destination freight charges plus the cost of the Stealth Performance Package. In fact, the 2025 Expedition as a whole is quite a bit pricier than its 2024 model year predecessor.
