2025 Ford Maverick XLT: Photo Gallery

The refreshed 2025 Ford Maverick brings a fresh face to the popular compact pickup for the first time since it was introduced for the 2022 model year. With production of the updated Maverick slated to kick off in less than two weeks, Ford Authority is highlighting the XLT trim in the following photo gallery.

The 2025 Ford Maverick XLT features a glossy black grille with matching surrounds, along with black graphics around the headlights. Its lower bumper is made of molded black plastic with silver inserts. The pickup reintroduces Velocity Blue to its exterior hue options, which pairs nicely with the subtle black exterior elements. The LED headlights, meanwhile, are wiper-activated, meaning they kick on with the wipers for enhanced safety in adverse conditions.

A set of 17-inch painted aluminum wheels supports the 2025 Ford Maverick XLT, while it gets an XLT badge to set it apart from the rest of the lineup. It also features manual-folding power glass mirrors, along with black plastic rockers and window surrounds.

Out back, the 2025 Ford Maverick XLT gets four additional cargo tie-downs, along with cubby storage in the bed on the passenger side. It also features a power locking tailgate, which can be controlled with the pickup’s key fob.

Inside, the 2025 Maverick XLT offers Unique Cloth front bucket seats, along with rear under seat bins, a heated steering wheel, and dual USB ports for ease of charging. It also gets an AM/FM stereo with six speakers, and its infotainment system runs Sync 4 with Enhanced Voice Recognition. There are plenty of optional extras on the order books, too, from the power moonroof to a safe deposit box and a console vault to keep items locked up and secure.

Pricing for the 2025 Ford Maverick XLT starts at $31,185, including destination freight charges, and it’s worth noting that the pickup as a whole is pricier than its 2024 model year predecessor. Production at the Hermosillo Assembly plant in Mexico is currently scheduled to begin on November 11th, 2024.

  1. You can’t fool us Mav owners.
We Maverick owners most agree that this poor redesign makes it the Ugliest truck of the year!!! The poor truck is so ashamed of the insect face they put on that it covers its eye. They should fire whoever came up with this design and who approved it.
Ford is loosing its leadership with desperate desin move. It looks foreign, not like the initial premise of the F150 s little brother. I’m glad i got my ’22 Mav before Ford caved in to the new gen visionless designers.

    1. Agreed … plus close to a $10,000 price hike since the Maverick was introduced about four years ago is a hard pill to swallow as well.

  2. $31,000+ for the XLT … congrats CEO Farley, you’ve officially priced the Maverick too high, the XL is close to $29,000. Farley, what are you going to do when GM finally decides to bring the Montana and S-10 into the US for sale ? The base Montana equipped as is the XLT currently sells for around $25,000. Farley … $6,000 will make someone slow down an look at exactly what the competition is offering. It’s been rumored that the Ranchero is coming with a opening price of about $20,000 … same for the Transit Courier Wagon variant. You can bet SAIC (Shanghi Automotive Industrial Corp) is not sitting back an waiting … the GM Chevrolet’s Trax, Trail Blazer, Equinox, and Traverse is proof they aren’t waiting around. The before mentioned Montana and S-10 are coming, it’s not if, but when. Then there’s the great selling cars like the Onyx that will be coming one day.
