As is the case in most global markets where it operates, Ford’s lineup in the Middle East has changed quite a bit in recent years, and those updates are seemingly paying off in terms of sales increases. FoMoCo has added a bevy of new products to its Middle Eastern lineup as of late, including some that aren’t sold in the automaker’s home country, the U.S. Now, that lineup is set to grow yet again, this time, with the addition of the 2025 Ford Mustang Mach-E.
The 2025 Ford Mustang Mach-E is set to launch in the Middle East next year, though for now at least, the automaker hasn’t revealed in what capacity in terms of trims, nor has it disclosed pricing. Regardless, it did note that the EV crossover will be offered with two battery sizes, and hinted at the prospect that the high-performance GT would be among those offerings. “Mustang Mach E represents a landmark moment for us,” said Kay Hart, president of Ford’s International Markets Group. “It’s our first fully electric vehicle for the region and is truly one of the most exciting vehicles Ford has ever produced.”
Though it will be the first pure EV The Blue Oval has sold in the Middle East, the 2025 Ford Mustang Mach-E joins a host of hybrids that are already available there. That list includes the recently-updated Ford Taurus, the refreshed Ford F-150 with its available PowerBoost powertrain, as well as the refreshed 2025 Ford Explorer, which isn’t available with a hybrid – at least, for now.
As for the 2025 Ford Mustang Mach-E, it too has received a variety of updates for the new model year, which include a standard heat pump, the Sport Appearance Package for Premium trims, standard ventilated seats for all Premium models, a relocated shifter that’s now mounted on the column rather than on the center console, the new Ford Connectivity Package, a few exterior color changes, and soon, BlueCruise 1.5.
