With the 2024 SEMA Show officially kicking off today, we’re being treated to a host of new builds from a variety of automakers and aftermarket companies – including Ford, as is usually the case. The big news from The Blue Oval this year is the launch of Ford Custom Garage, which will offer customers complete packages of upgrades with different themes that will change over time, starting with the Ford Bronco Matte Black and Sinister Bronze packages. FoMoCo is also showing off a host of new concepts at SEMA, including the Ford Bronco Wild Fund build – and its smaller counterpart, the Ford Bronco Sport Wild Fund concept.
The Ford Bronco Sport Wild Fund concept features many of the same type of upgrades as its big brother, including unique graphics and emblems, which pay homage to the The Blue Oval’s own Wild Fund, a charitable organization aiming to keep the planet’s off-road trails clean for generations to come. The concept also sports Ford Performance two-part Free Wheeling grille letters and tailgate lettering, roof rack crossbars and a basket from Yakima and Ford Accessories, a roof rack-mounted Ford Performance light bar, Ford Performance Free Wheeling Quest Green wheels with black lug nuts, and 235/65R17 Goodyear Territory Tires on the outside.
Inside the cabin, one will find a dash storage box, all-weather floor liners, a cargo protector mat, and a console vault safe – all from the Ford Accessories catalog – plus leather seat covers from Katzkin.
The Ford Bronco Sport Wild Fund concept is joined by a host of other unique builds – including the Blue Free Wheeling version of the same crossover – plus the off-road-focused Ford F-150 ORV concept and the street performance-focused F-150 FP700S package, as well as a custom 1969 Ford F-100 that’s packing an F-150 Raptor R-derived crate 5.2L V8 underhood with a massive 3.8L Whipple supercharger.
