Ford E-Transit 350 Wins 2025 Best CPO Value Award

The Ford E-Transit – like many Blue Oval models – has performed quite well in Vincentric’s Best CPO (certified pre-owned) Value in America Awards in recent years, with the Ford E-Transit 350, specifically, topping the Large Cargo Van segment in both 2023 and 2024. Now, the 2025 version of the Vincentric Best CPO Value in America Awards has been revealed, and once again, the Ford E-Transit 350 has taken home that same accolade.

The Ford E-Transit 350 has claimed the top spot in the Large Cargo Van segment of Vincentric’s 2025 Best CPO Value in America Awards for the third straight year, beating out two of its competitors in the process. The EV van managed to do that by posting the lowest fuel and operating costs in its class, along with ownership costs that were one percent below expected levels.

The Ford E-Transit 350 is one of several Blue Oval models to secure segment wins in the 2025 Vincentric Best CPO Value in America awards, as the Ford F-250 Super Duty brought home a victory in the full-size 3/4 ton pickup space, the Ford Maverick Hybrid topped the small/mid-size pickup segment, the Ford Expedition won the Large SUV class, the Ford F-150 Lightning took home top honors in the full-size half-ton pickup space, and the Transit Connect finished first in the Small Commercial Passenger Van and Small Commercial Cargo Van segments.

To come up with this data, Vincentric measures the cost of ownership of a variety of used models via eight different cost factors – depreciation, fees & taxes, financing, fuel, insurance, maintenance, opportunity cost, and repairs. Using a statistical model, winners were identified by measuring which vehicles had lower than expected ownership costs given their market segment and price. Each vehicle was evaluated in all 50 states plus Washington D.C. using a range of annual mileage intervals and insurance profiles with the assumption that each would be driven 15,000 miles annually over five years.

“Vehicle cost of ownership is important to our customers,” said Jim Baumbick, vice president, Ford Product Development Operations and Quality. “Earning Vincentric’s CPO Value Awards for our trucks, vans, and SUVs is a testament to our engineers and their dedication to designing durable, cost-effective vehicles that help minimize operating costs to help hold their value over time.”

Brett's lost track of all the Fords he's owned over the years and how much he's spent modifying them, but his current money pits include an S550 Mustang and 13th gen F-150.
