Ford F-350 Super Duty Wins 2025 Best CPO Value Award

The Blue Oval’s dominance in the 2025 Vincentric Best CPO (certified pre-owned) Value in America Awards continues with the Ford F-350 Super Duty. For the second consecutive year, the heavy duty pickup has claimed the honors in the Full-Size 3/4-Ton Pickup segment, proving that it is a good buy amongst its competitors.

Ford – which itself earned more awards this year than any other automaker – swept the Pickup segments with its F-Series line, including the Ford F-350 Super Duty. The pickup was granted the award thanks to posting the lowest fuel and operating costs in its class, along with ownership costs that were below expected levels.

In order to determine winners, Vincentric examines the cost of ownership of a variety of used models via eight different cost factors: depreciation, fees & taxes, financing, fuel, insurance, maintenance, opportunity cost, and repairs. Using a statistical model, winners are identified by measuring which vehicles had lower than expected ownership costs given their market segment and price. Each vehicle was evaluated in all 50 states plus Washington D.C. using a range of annual mileage intervals and insurance profiles with the assumption that each would be driven 15,000 miles annually over five years.

“Vehicle cost of ownership is important to our customers,” said Jim Baumbick, vice president of Ford Product Development Operations and Quality. “Earning Vincentric’s CPO Value Awards for our trucks, vans, and SUVs is a testament to our engineers and their dedication to designing durable, cost-effective vehicles that help minimize operating costs to help hold their value over time.”

Speaking of the rest of the Blue Oval awards, other models models to secure segment wins in the 2025 Vincentric Best CPO Value in America awards, as the Ford F-250 Super Duty brought home a victory in the full-size 3/4 ton pickup space, the Ford Maverick Hybrid topped the small/mid-size pickup segment, the Ford Expedition won the Large SUV class, the Ford F-150 Lightning took home top honors in the full-size half-ton pickup space, the Ford E-Transit 350 claimed the win in the Large Cargo Van division, and the Transit Connect finished first in the Small Commercial Passenger Van and Small Commercial Cargo Van segments.
