In recent years, we’ve watched as the values of Ford F-150 models from earlier generations skyrocket, all the way up to the 1990s, in fact. We’ve even come across a handful of 2000s F-150 pickups listed for sale at auction with low miles on the clock, which sort of makes sense given the fact that they’re decades old at this point. However, what we haven’t seen a lot of are Ford F-150 models from the 2010s hitting collector car auctions, though this 2010 Lariat pickup may signal the arrival of that new trend, too.
This 2010 Ford F-150 Lariat is currently up for auction at Bring a Trailer with a mere 14k miles on the clock, and it’s in great shape, to boot. This F-150 is finished in White Platinum with Pueblo Gold lower accents, and is equipped with a power sunroof, a spray-in bedliner, a receiver hitch, heated power-adjustable side mirrors, running boards, a chrome bug deflector and rain guards, tinted glass, and chrome bed rails on the outside, plus chrome 18-inch wheels and Goodyear Wrangler tires.
Inside the cabin, one will find heated and cooled tan leather seats that are power-adjustable up front, along with a Sony sound system, navigation, woodgrain accents, automatic climate control, cruise control, and a CD stereo, along with the SYNC voice-activated system. Power comes from the naturally-aspirated Ford 5.4L V8, which was factory-rated to send 320 horsepower and 390 pound-feet of torque to the rear or all four wheels through the 6R80 six-speed automatic transmission.
It certainly isn’t very often that we come across Ford F-150 models of this vintage at collector car auctions, as previously mentioned, but we do routinely see lots of Raptor models pop up for sale, which is understandable given their inherent collectibility. That list is rather long, and includes a 2013 F-150 Raptor with 33k miles, as well as a 2014 with 1,400 miles.
