The 2025 Ford Ranger offers a bevy of options that can help buyers customize the vehicles to their preferences, from its grille to its wheels. Ford Authority already examined the grille options offered on the midsize pickup, and below, we’re outlining all of its available wheel options, including availability and pricing where applicable.

18-inch Chrome-Like PVD wheel
There are seven unique wheels available for the 2025 Ford Ranger in a range of sizes. We’ll start with the 17-inch Silver Painted aluminum wheels, which are standard on, and exclusive to, the STX Package, standard on the base XL trim. The 17-inch Gray Painted Sport aluminum wheels are included as part of the standard XLT Sport Appearance Package, while the 18-inch Chrome-Like PVD wheels are included in the optional $895 Chrome Accent Package for XLT and Lariat models.

18-inch Machined Aluminum wheels with Dark Pockets
Opting for the all-new Black Appearance Package, a $895 option, grants the 18-inch Black Painted aluminum wheels on XLT and Lariat models. Meanwhile, the 18-inch Machined Aluminum wheels with Dark Pockets are included as part of the standard Lariat Sport Appearance Package, which is exclusive to the 2025 Ford Ranger Lariat.

17-inch Forged Beadlock Capable wheel
Finally, the Ranger Raptor gets a set of 17-inch Gray Painted aluminum wheels; the 17-inch Forged Beadlock Capable wheels are optional on this range-topping trim for $1,495.
Aside from the aforementioned changes to the Black Appearance Package and Chrome Accent Package, there’s really not much by way of changes or updates to the 2025 Ford Ranger. However, the pickup didn’t stay completely stagnant for the 2025 model year. Standout changes include the loss of its factory-installed keyless entry keypad, which has been replaced by a dealer-installed version.
The pickup is gaining three new exterior color options as well, including Ruby Red Metallic Tinted Clearcoat, Desert Sand, and Marsh Gray, though these colors come at the cost of Cactus Gray, Hot Pepper Red Metallic Tinted Clearcoat, and Iconic Silver Metallic.
Production of the 2025 Ford Ranger at the Michigan Assembly plant is currently scheduled to begin on January 2nd, 2025.
