2025 Lincoln Nautilus Drops Blue Panther Metallic Color

The 2025 Lincoln Nautilus gained one new color – Whisper Blue Metallic – but that new blue hue came at the cost of another that’s no longer available. In other words, Blue Panther Metallic is officially discontinued.

The 2024 Nautilus in Panther Blue Metallic, which is no longer available for the 2025 Lincoln Nautilus.

Blue Panther Metallic is identifiable by paint code CV. First introduced on the 2024 Nautilus, it was a $750 option that was available on all three trims, including Premiere, Reserve, and Black Label. That means it had an extremely short run, limited to just one model year. It is a significantly darker color than the new color, Whisper Blue Metallic, which is also priced at $750 and available on all three 2025 Lincoln Nautilus trims.

With Blue Panther now gone, for reference, the following list represents all 2025 Lincoln Nautilus colors (relevant paint codes listed in parentheses):

  • Silver Radiance Metallic Clearcoat (JS)
  • Infinite Black Metallic Clearcoat (UM)
  • Chroma Caviar Dark Gray Metallic Tinted Clearcoat (XF)
  • Lustrous Gray Metallic (LG)
  • Red Carpet Metallic Tinted Clearcoat (D4)
  • White Platinum Metallic Tri-Coat (UG)
  • Diamond Red Metallic Tinted Clearcoat (C9)
  • Whisper Blue Metallic Clearcoat (K1) (new for 2025)

The 2025 Lincoln Nautilus sees minimal updates following its complete redesign for 2024. The base Nautilus Premiere replaces its spare tire with a standard tire mobility kit, though a spare tire remains available as a $250 option. Additionally, the luxury crossover now offers extended trial periods for Lincoln Premium Connectivity as part of its Connected Services plan.

The 2025 Nautilus is a little bit pricier than its 2024 model year counterpart, starting at $51,790 for the base Premiere trim, not accounting for destination freight charges – that’s $1,375 more expensive than the same trim for the 2024 model year. The Reserve trim is $385 more expensive than the 2024 model, priced at $61,010 to start; the Black Label trim gets just a $600 increase to $74,950 by comparison.

Production is handled at the Changan Ford Hangzhou Assembly plant in China, where operations have been underway since August 2024.
