By all accounts, the redesigned-for-2024 Lincoln Nautilus has been a massive hit, as the luxurious crossover has racked up loads of awards while also attracting new customers to the brand and posting strong sales results – while also gaining market share in an ultra-competitive segment. All of this is great news for Lincoln in general, which has faced its fair share of struggles in recent years, but the new Nautilus isn’t quite done adding awards to its proverbial trophy case, either.
Rather, Popular Science just handed the Lincoln Nautilus its 2024 Best of What’s New Award in the Automotive category, largely thanks to its impressive technology. “It’s common to see a tablet-sized touchscreen in current vehicles, some better placed than others,” Pop Sci wrote of its selection. “Lincoln re-envisioned how drivers interact with and view information with a new 48-inch panoramic display that spans the entire dash.”
“The display may be personalized by using the separate 11.1-inch touchscreen as a control center, prioritizing information most important to the driver. It’s part of a technology smorgasbord Lincoln provided as part of its comprehensive infotainment suite, including a Google platform, Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, Alexa, and more. Web surfing and content streaming are available while parked, with video conferencing apps coming soon. Simply put, the Nautilus is a mobile communication center with luxury seats.” Each year, the editors of Popular Science review thousands of new products and innovations and choose the top 50 winners across 10 categories, with each of them representing a significant step forward in its respective category.
This particular accolade is just one of many recently bestowed upon the new Lincoln Nautilus, however. That list also includes landing on the WardsAuto 10 Best Interior & UX list, being named one of the 20 hottest brands and earning a 2024 Best Corporate/Brand Identity Campaign Marketing Award from AdAge, and winning 2025 MotorTrend SUV of the Year.

Is this new Nautilus made in China? I have a 2022 Nautilus and love it but I will not buy a car made in China!
