2024 Ford F-150 Raptor In Shelter Green: Gallery

The 2024 Ford F-150 Raptor is the top dawg full-size pickup when it comes to high-performance and off-road capability. Not only does it boast a significant amount of power under the hood, it’s a looker, too, featuring numerous aesthetic upgrades that denote its status as the fastest pickup to wear the F-150 badge. Ford Authority explores what the F-150 Raptor has to offer and highlighting its special features in the following photo gallery.

The 2024 Ford F-150 Raptor greets the world with bold “Ford” script stamped across its grille, taking the place of the traditional Blue Oval badge. Its headlamps feature black surrounds to highlight its aggressive expression, complementing its tough front grille and body color fascia. A set of LED Rigid fog lamps helps light the way. In this instance, the F-150 Raptor features a coat of Shelter Green paint, which is exclusive to the muscle truck. It also sports flared front fenders and a hood that was modified to allow the engine to breathe more easily.

The F-150 Raptor rolls on a set of 17-inch cast aluminum wheels with all-terrain tires, and the muscle truck features body color door handles for a seamless look. A set of special Raptor graphics help the pickup stand out in a crowd, with bold “Raptor” script emblazoned on the sides of the box behind the rear wheels. Out back, its taillamps also feature a black surround, just like its headlamps, while a proud “Ford” script applique is stationed on the tailgate.

As for the tantalizing mechanical bits, the 2024 Ford F-150 Raptor harnesses the high-output variant of the twin-turbocharged 3.5L V6 EcoBoost engine, capable of a healthy 450 horsepower and 510 pound-feet of torque (although an upgrade in the form of the Raptor R is available, which puts the supercharged 5.2L Predator V8 under the hood). Underneath, the F-150 Raptor lineup features Fox dual live-valve shocks with position-sensitive compression control and continuously variable rebound controls, which enhance off-road capability even further.

Meanwhile, selectable drive modes are just a touch of the button away, allowing drivers to select from Normal, Sport, Tow/Haul, Slippery, Rock Crawl, Off-Road, and Baja, optimizing the muscle truck for just about any driving condition.
