2025 Ford Ranger XLT: Photo Gallery

The 2025 Ford Ranger offers a capable middle ground for buyers interested in a pickup that’s a little bigger than the compact Ford Maverick, but who may not need something with a footprint as big as the Ford F-150. Ford Authority highlights the XLT trim in the following photo gallery.

The 2025 Ford Ranger XLT features everything that’s standard on the base XL trim, plus a long list of additional features that make it a decent buy. Under the hood, it gets the turbocharged 2.3L EcoBoost I4 engine as standard fare for 4X2 models, although the twin-turbocharged 2.7L EcoBoost V6 is standard for the 4X4.

Up front, the Ranger XLT gets LED fog lamps, power-folding sideview mirrors with black skull caps, a manual sliding rear window with privacy glass and defrost, and, of course, XLT fender badges denoting its trim level. It also gets bright LED reflector headlamps, along with LED taillamps to complete the ensemble.

Standard on all 2025 Ford Ranger XLT models is the Sport Appearance Package, which bundles 17-inch gray-painted aluminum wheels, a grille with a gray-painted center bar and surround, and a Sport box decal out back. All those gray accents are reflected in its gray-painted front fascia and rear bumper, a surefire way to tell the XLT trim apart from the rest of the lineup.

Inside, the 2025 Ford Ranger XLT gets carpeted floor covering with carpet floor mats. Its rearview mirror features auto-dimming technology. A leather-wrapped shifter provides a more luxurious feel, along with its vinyl-wrapped steering wheel. It also benefits from Ford Co-Pilot 360 technology, including a lane-keeping system and pre-collision alerts, while LED bed lighting, a remote start system, and wireless smartphone charging pad are standard as well.

Pricing for the 2025 Ford Ranger XLT starts at $41,090, including destination freight charges (DFC). As a reminder, the greater Ranger line offers a variety of exterior colors, as well as unique sets of wheels. Production of the midsize pickup is handled at the Michigan Assembly plant, and will begin in late January 2025.

  1. I wish they made the sport appearance a option not standard but with body color bumpers
