Benefitting from a midcycle refresh, the 2025 Lincoln Aviator has plenty of fresh styling and tech on deck to make it a formidable opponent in the luxury crossover space. Just in case its exterior looks weren’t enticing enough, Lincoln gave the Aviator Black Label a new interior theme known as Moonbeam. As the name implies, this interior theme brings a lunar vibe inside the luxury crossover, and Ford Authority highlights the scheme’s features in the following photo gallery.
The Moonbeam theme was designed to celebrate 10 years of the Black Label trim in general. Its colors were inspired by a lunar landscape, bringing a light, airy feel to the 2025 Lincoln Aviator Black Label. It features Moon Ash appliques accented by Green Moonbeam leather-wrapped interior accents.
Its specialty leather seats are fitted with Opulence leather seating surfaces with Lunar Perforation inserts, while its ebony headliner calls to mind the deepness of the night sky. Black floor carpet and floor mats carry the theme through, along with the Onyx Moonbeam interior trim.
Moonbeam is one of three interior themes offered on the 2025 Lincoln Aviator Black Label, alongside Flight and Invitation, both of which offer unique colorways for the luxury crossover. They are exclusively offered on the range-topping Black Label trim at no extra cost. Of course, access to unique themes isn’t the only thing that makes the Black Label trim special, as every model in Lincoln’s lineup receives benefits like home delivery and the Premium Maintenance Package.
Other changes on the way to the Aviator include the deletion of the Enhanced Security Package, the rear door sunshades, and seven exterior colors (although it did gain two new ones). The Illumination Package, meanwhile, is no longer standard on the Reserve trim, although the Jet Appearance Package is offered across the entire lineup for the first time.
Though the Aviator has been in production since May 2024, the luxury crossover only recently began shipping out after spending a few months on a quality hold. This approach enabled FoMoCo to ensure the Aviator was free from major quality issues prior to delivery, aligning with its broader mission to enhance product quality.

My 2025 aviator reserve finally came last month after a three or four months delay from the build date. It is currently in the shop with issues the welcome lighting mat lighting does not work, the rear tailgate will not open with a foot and I’m told it was built without it. The car will shut itself down after being operated with the lane keeping system after a few minutes . They’re blaming some of it on a weak battery. I think the battery could have been fully drained after sitting idle for months. I am anxious to see what resolution they come to.
