Each year, Consumer Reports releases its list of the automotive brands and models that owners love the most, which are based on the results of the organization’s owner surveys. The goal here is to figure out how car brands fare in the eyes of consumers in a less scientific manner, though in the case of this particular report, CR also breaks down satisfaction into specific categories to give us a more comprehensive look. In the latest version of this particular survey, Ford owner satisfaction ranked average, though the Ford Bronco fared much better in 2023 by topping the two-row SUV segment – a feat that it repeated for 2025, too.
In its latest list of the most-loved automotive models on the market, Consumer Reports singled out the Ford Bronco as the most satisfying mid-size two-row SUV on the market, yet again. Coming up with this particular list is a rather simple process – Consumer Reports takes a look at its annual auto surveys, or more specifically, a single question that it asks its members – would they buy the same vehicle again if given the chance? The percentage of people that say “yes” is equal to that model’s owner satisfaction score, and ranks each vehicle based on that particular number.
In that regard, the Ford Bronco once again reigned supreme in the mid-size two-row SUV segment, this time, based on the results of more than 300,000 owner surveys. As CR points out, models that achieve these honors are typically the ones that offer up more than just a regular sort of automotive experience – rather, they have plenty of performance, capability, luxurious features, standout efficiency, or any combination of those qualities.
CR members have praised the Ford Bronco for providing ample power, refined on-road handling and ride quality, and exceptional off-road capability, though they did find wind noise to be a bit excessive and braking distances to be a bit too long. The Bronco also excelled in most other parts of CR testing, including driving experience, comfort, and styling, all while delivering a predicted owner satisfaction score of 4 out of 5, making it a popular target for those in the market for such a vehicle.

Do you mean “a feat repeated in 2024?” Is the 2025 data valid yet?
