About the Ford Maverick

The refreshed 2025 Ford Maverick officially debuted last year with Ford Sync 4, hybrid all-wheel drive, and an updated design, along with the first-ever 2025 Maverick Lobo as an all-new performance pickup.  The 2025 Maverick drops four exterior colors and the Lariat as well as EcoBoost ditch front-wheel drive, with the turbocharged engine now only available with all-wheel drive.  The 2025 Maverick Lobo gets cheaper base price through an additional equipment group, though prices are up across the board for the refreshed model, from $875 up to $7,010, with the latter being the new standalone Tremor trim level. The most expensive 2025 Maverick costs $44,050 all specced out.

The refreshed 2025 Maverick has arrived at U.S. dealers.

  1. Comparison of 2024 to 2025 prices can be misleading. Per the article, XL prices increased $2,375 from 2024 to 2025. It cost an additional $1500 for the hybrid engine in my 2024 XL. There is no additional cost for the hybrid in 2025. For the hybrid, the price increase is effectively less than $900.

  2. Wow..the more I see the 2025 Mav, the uglier it gets. It’s gonna affect their sales. It was designed to be the little brother of the F150, not the its defective Lil brother. I’m sooo glad I got my ’22 LXT with the lux package. I wouldn’t have bought if it looked like the ’25 Mav. They need to get rid of the kids who wreck-designed and approved it
