Ford Puma Among Europe’s Top 25 Best Sellers Of November 2024

The Ford Puma is a relatively new product in the automotive world in general, but it quickly found success across Europe and the UK following its launch, regardless. Over the years, the Puma has consistently ranked as one of the best-selling vehicles of any kind in those markets, in fact, and that trend continued throughout the duration of 2024 as well. Now that the latest sales figures from Europe are in, they also show that the Ford Puma remained in the top 25 across that region in November of last year, too.

According to JATO Dynamics, the Ford Puma was the 22nd best-selling vehicle across all of Europe in November 2024, as shoppers scooped up 10,278 units of the small crossover – 26 percent fewer than the year prior. It’s a bit of a drop for the Ford Puma compared to the prior couple of months as well, as it ranked tenth on that list in September with 15,141 sales, followed by 18th in October with 11,104 sales. In the UK, the Puma came in as the sixth best-selling new vehicle with 3,073 sales in November, too.

As for the overall European new vehicle market, it experienced a 1.7 percent drop in sales, compared to November 2023, with 1,054,043 new registrations. Year to date, consumers have purchased 11,847,573 new vehicles through November, which is 0.8 percent more than last year. EV sales increased by 0.8 percent year over year, growing their market share slightly to 17.4 percent in November 2024, compared to 17.0 percent in November 2023.

Sales weren’t exactly even across brands, however. Volkswagen Group, Stellantis, Renault Group, BMW Group, and Mercedes-Benz Group accounted for 65 percent of total new vehicle sales in Europe last month, followed by Japan with a 13 percent share, Korea at 7.5 percent, while Tesla and Ford combined accounted for 5.9 percent of total monthly registrations in November, followed by China at 6.7 percent.
