Here’s Every 2025 Ford Ranger Color

The 2025 Ford Ranger received modest updates to its exterior color lineup, including the deletion of three exterior colors, while three new ones were added to the options list. Below, Ford Authority delves into the color palette for the midsize pickup, including pricing and availability for each one.

Azure Gray Metallic Tri-Coat

Ruby Red Metallic Tinted Clearcoat

Shadow Black

Oxford White

Carbonized Gray Metallic

Desert Sand

Velocity Blue Metallic

Marsh Gray

Shelter Green

Of the nine exterior colors offered on the 2025 Ford Ranger, seven are available across all trims – that is, XL, XLT, Lariat, and Raptor – while one is exclusive to the range-topping Ranger Raptor, and another is not offered on the base XL trim. Shadow Black (paint code G1) is available on all trims at no cost, as are Oxford White (YZ) and Carbonized Gray Metallic (T9).

All-new for the 2025 Ford Ranger are Desert Sand (VA), Marsh Gray (T9), and Ruby Red Metallic Tinted Clearcoat (RR). Desert Sand and Marsh Gray are offered at no cost, while Ruby Red costs $495 to add to the midsize pickup. Azure Gray Metallic Tri-Coat (G4) is the priciest of the bunch at $995, and is only offered on the 2025 Ranger XLT, Lariat, and Raptor. Finally, Shelter Green (DB) is the most exclusive color, offered exclusively on the Ranger Raptor, where it’s available for no cost.

Cactus Gray, Hot Pepper Red Metallic Tinted Clearcoat, and Iconic Silver Metallic are no longer available on the 2025 Ranger, having been stricken from the order books.

Standout changes on the way to the 2025 Ford Ranger include additional updates to its exterior options. The new Chrome Accent Package, which is optional on XLT and Lariat trims, replaces the Chrome Appearance Package that was previously available on the pickup, adding chrome accents like wheel lip moldings, a front grille center bar and surround, and a chrome rear bumper.

Aside from that, the 2025 Ford Ranger carries on largely unchanged from the 2024 model, which brought the pickup’s second generation to North America. However, it does gain a dealer-installed keyless entry keypad, and it is a little more expensive than the 2024 model, starting at $32,890, not including destination freight charges.

  1. There are no chrome wheel lip mouldings in the chrome appearance package.

  2. Shelter is just such a horrible color. It looks like puked up pea soup.
