New Ford Headquarters Office Inaugurated In Argentina

The new Ford headquarters, Pacheco Hub, has officially been inaugurated in Argentina. The new corporate building spans 7,400 square meters, offering a modern, open-plan workspace without separation by department or hierarchies, and plenty of natural light.

The new Argentina Ford headquarters building was inaugurated on December 19th, 2024. It’s not too far from the Pacheco Assembly plant in the area, which is responsible for production of the region’s extremely popular Ford Ranger pickup. In fact, Ford Argentina recently began producing engines for the Ranger at the facility not too long ago.

While the Pacheco Hub underwent extensive renovations prior to its inauguration as the newest Ford headquarters, the building itself has been around since 1961 when Ford Argentina became too large for its La Boca facilities at the time. The development was part of Ford’s $660 million USD investment into the Pacheco facilities to support production of the next-gen Ranger and engines.

“I am very pleased to close such a positive year for Ford Argentina by inaugurating our new corporate headquarters, Pacheco Hub. This new space was entirely designed to provide employees with the best work experience, in an open, non-hierarchical, modern, comfortable and technological environment that aims to foster collaboration, creativity and team integration,” said Martín Galdeano, President and CEO of Ford Argentina and South America, in a translated statement.

He added, “After completely transforming our Pacheco plant, it was time to do the same with our corporate headquarters, which will now be a source of pride for all our employees.”

The Pacheco Hub offers 40 rooms for different purposes, including 20 meeting rooms and 18 “focus rooms,” which allow for minimal distraction and confidentiality when needed. it also features an exhibition space, an auditorium, five “family rooms” with amenities like refrigerators and espresso machines, and a market where employees can acquire snacks and drinks, along with a recreation area.

Despite renewing its commitment in the region with the new Ford headquarters, The Blue Oval’s sales dipped slightly during November 2024, decreasing three percent to just 3,023 units in Argentina. The Ford Ranger was by far the most popular model in the region despite an eight percent slide, accounting for more than half of Ford’s sales in Argentina last month.
