The 2025 Ford Bronco Sport brought some notable changes and updates to the soft-roader. Comprising the first full refresh for the rugged off-road oriented crossover, the 2025 Bronco Sport features an updated exterior and interior. Ford Authority recently asked for your input on whether or not that updated exterior was actually an improvement. The consensus suggests that the 2025 Bronco Sport has an edge over the 2024 model, but only when it comes to exterior updates. This time, we want to know your thoughts on the refreshed off-road crossover’s interior.
As for what sets the 2025 Ford Bronco Sport apart from the 2024 model year crossover it replaced, inside, it gets a new, larger, 13.2-inch center infotainment touchscreen with Sync 4 capabilities. Apple CarPlay and Android Auto are standard fare, along with over-the-air (OTA) update capabilities. In addition, it gets the Bring Your Own Device tray on the dash that includes two USB-C ports, lifted right from its big brother, the Ford Bronco.
That infotainment screen is paired with a separate 12.3-inch digital instrument display with a set of slick animations inspired by the Bronco Raptor. Ford Co-Pilot360 Assist+ is standard on every trim, and Ford Co-Pilot360 Assist 2.0 is optional on the Outer Banks and standard on the Badlands trim.
The 2024 Bronco Sport, meanwhile, gets a modest four-inch digital instrument cluster screen flanked by traditional needle gauges, along with either a 6.5- or eight-inch infotainment touchscreen situated on its center stack, depending on trim level. That screen runs Sync 3 software, and does not support OTA updates, although Ford Co-Pilot360 Assist+ is offered as an optional extra on certain trims.
Perhaps the most significant update for the 2025 Bronco Sport is the addition of the Sasquatch Package, a $2,990 option that kits the off-road crossover with numerous mechanical upgrades, along with a unique front bumper with tough steel bash plates. This package also adds recovery hooks to both ends of the crossover with recovery hooks, along with an off-road tuned suspension and high-clearance fenders.
For reference, pricing for the off-road crossover starts at $31,590 for the base Big Bend trim, including destination freight charges. In addition to the aforementioned changes and updates, the 2025 Ford Bronco Sport ditches three exterior colors while gaining two new ones. Its assembly is handled at the Hermosillo Assembly plant in Mexico, where production began on November 11th, 2024, as previously reported by Ford Authority.
Let us know what you think about the 2025 Ford Bronco Sport interior by voting in the poll below. Are the larger screens and enhanced technology a marked improvement, or would it have been better off left alone?

Minor refresh that hasn’t really been even mentioned elsewhere other than Ford fan sites. This has the same plusses and minuses as the Escape’s ’23 refresh. Bigger screen, maybe better, maybe not. Start button is in a strange place now. Overall, it’s hard to tell, but it LOOKS better. It makes the fact that this and the Escape are really related more obvious.
I like the full screen instrument cluster in our Mustang. Our Corsair has the mixed instrument cluster (physical dials for tach and speedo with a screen in between). Both approaches work well.
As for the center infotainment screen, I am not a fan of jamming everything into assorted menu screens… too distracting. As such, I greatly prefer the 2024 over the 2025.
The tech and mechanical upgrades on the ‘25 make me wish I’d waited. My ‘24 Badlands is fine but I would have liked the Sasquatch package, OTA updates. Not so keen on the bigger screen since you lose the little cubbies behind and below the screen.
Glad I bought a ’24. Moving physical controls which have distinct identity and feel to the touch screen creates a necessary distraction to operate controls. Unsafe Ford! Be a leader and not a follower and maintain physical controls for better, safer, more satisfying driving experience. A car is not a video game. It can be a deadly conveyance due to distracted driving behavior.
The ’25 not only has a bigger screen but it also has SYNC 4, which brings additional capabilities over SYNC 3. I wouldn’t fret if I have a ’24 or earlier model as the improvements are small. I have a ’22 Bronco Badlands 4Dr and I somewhat envy the all digital IP in the ’25 as well as the rear vents, painted tops and reduced wind noise windshield, but I’ll likely trade my ’22 for another Bronco down the road, so I’m glad to see the improvements.
