2025 Ford Bronco Sport Grilles: Everything You Need To Know

The 2025 Ford Bronco Sport represents the rugged crossover’s first refresh, bringing forth the new Sasquatch Package for certain trim levels, an updated front end, overhauled cockpit, and more goodies to back up its looks. The “baby Bronco” features six unique grilles whose availability depends on trim level and package, where applicable. Ford Authority outlines a comprehensive guide to all of them below.

The 2025 Ford Bronco Big Bend represents the entry level trim in the lineup. This trim sports the Carbonized Gray grille with distinct “Bronco” script molded-in-white. Opting for the Black Appearance Package – a $1,800 add-on for the Big Bend trim – turns that grille black, bundling the Carbon Black grille with black painted Bronco lettering among other dark-themed accents.

The 2025 Ford Bronco Sport Heritage, meanwhile, boasts an Oxford White grille with retro red Bronco lettering, the only one like it in the lineup. The Free Wheeling trim also gets a unique grille – it’s painted silver with two-color Bronco lettering.

The Outer Banks trim gets the black-painted grille with Bronco lettering molded-in-white, and finally, the range-topping Badlands shows off the Carbonized Gray painted grille with Bronco script molded-in-white.

As a reminder, pricing for the off-road crossover starts at $31,590 for the base Big Bend trim, including destination freight charges (DFC). On the other end of the spectrum, however, the “baby Bronco” can cost as much as $47,000 when properly equipped. In addition to the aforementioned changes and updates, the 2025 Ford Bronco Sport ditches three exterior colors while gaining two new ones. Its assembly is handled at the Hermosillo Assembly plant in Mexico, where production began on November 11th, 2024, as previously reported by Ford Authority.

The 2025 Ford Bronco Sport only recently began landing at dealers in early January. That puts the rugged crossover one step closer to the hands of its buyers, giving them access to the new Sasquatch package offered on Outer Banks and Badlands models.
