2025 Ford F-150 Platinum Plus Adds Black Label Perks To Lineup

Buyers of the 2025 Ford F-150 Platinum can take advantage of the Platinum Plus equipment group. This bundle kits the F-150 Platinum with all sorts of goodies that the “regular” Platinum doesn’t get, like exclusive wheels, exterior graphics and themes, a leather wrapped instrument cluster, full quilted leather seats, and more. What buyers may not know is that the Platinum Plus equipment group entitles F-150 Platinum owners to the Platinum Plus Experience, a set of perks akin to Lincoln’s Black Label benefits. Today, Ford Authority outlines exactly what that add-on entails.

As a reminder, the 2025 Ford F-150 Platinum Plus is not its own trim level, but as previously mentioned, it’s an upgraded equipment group offered on the Platinum trim. It’s not to be confused with the 2025 Ford Super Duty Platinum Plus trim, which replaced the Limited trim.

The Ford F-150 Platinum Plus Experience joins the lineup as part of Job 2 production and is exclusively included as part of the $14,45 Platinum Plus equipment group. It offers a variety of benefits to 2025 Ford F-150 owners, including a two-year maintenance plan that helps offset the cost of regular vehicle maintenance procedures over the first two years of ownership. It also entitles the customer to a FordPass Rewards upgrade tier along with a 20 percent discount on Ford accessories for 90 days after the vehicle’s purchase.

Buyers can also expect what Ford dubs an “Elite Welcome Call,” welcoming them to the world of Ford pickup ownership, along with tangible pieces of memorabilia in the form of a welcome package and a tribute item as a personal gift. Finally, the Platinum Plus Experience introduces 1:1 Texting with Ford Truck Expert, which allows owners to chat with a Ford product expert over text with any questions or concerns. Note that all of the aforementioned perks are also available on the Ford Super Duty Platinum Plus.

Pricing for the 2025 Ford F-150 Platinum with the Platinum Plus equipment group starts at $89,940 including destination freight charges. The Platinum trim is one of only a handful of trims to actually get a price increase compared to the 2024 model year, as several other popular trims are significantly more affordable than they were for 2024. Interested buyers can build and price their ideal pickup using the new online configurator.

Production of the pickup commenced at the Dearborn Truck plant in Michigan on November 12th, 2024, and operations at the Kansas City Assembly plant in Missouri, began on December 9th.

  1. I assume that the “Platinum Extra Super Duper Special” is coming next. Absolutely absurd.

  2. Your photo of your F150 implies that it has no horsepower. After all it’s hitched up to an Airstream. They advertise that an Airstream can be pulled successfully with a bicycle. 🤣

    1. You should take a look at current Airstreams. They range from 6 to 10000 lbs when fully loaded. Plus it looks way better. No truck ad shows any trailer but an Airstream being towed. A Jayco isn’t going to sell your truck.

  3. My 23 Platinum came with an outdated never going to be updated BlueCruise and a buzzing driver’s door weather stripping.

And I paid almost 90k for those Quality 1 extras.
