2025 Roush Super Duty Officially Debuts

A long-time tuner with a focus on Blue Oval models, Roush Performance has long offered a catalog full of parts and accessories for the Ford Super Duty – as well as an entire, turnkey model with an array of upgrades already installed. Roush debuted its new version of the Super Duty following the model’s redesign for the 2023 model year, and updated that particular offering for the 2024 model year, too. Now, the 2025 Roush Super Duty has officially debuted as the newest version of the tuner pickup.

The 2025 Roush Super Duty is available in F-250 or F-350 guise with the Lariat trim, coupled with the turbocharged 6.7L V8 Power Stroke diesel. That engine has been treated to a DPF-back exhaust upgrade with dual tips, too. In terms of looks, the 2025 Roush Super Duty gets a standard high-flow grille with integrated lighting, fender flares with accent lighting, Diode Dynamics rear market and bumper flood lights, and 20-inch satin black wheels wrapped with 35-inch General Grabber A/TX all-terrain tires, plus a special graphics package.

Underneath, the beefed-up truck sports a specially-tuned Roush Performance suspension upgrade, along with slotted front and rear brake rotors for improved stopping power. Inside the cabin, one will find a set of Roush floor liners, a serialized console badge, and Roush key fobs, along with carbon fiber trim. Those that seek a bit more luxury can get it in the form of an optional premium leather upgrade, or any number of other extra-cost options including ditch lights, a center console vault, an off-road utility kit, and a rocker graphics package.

The 2025 Roush Super Duty starts out at $19,999 – not including the donor vehicle, or any optional upgrades, and it comes with a three-year, 36,000-mile limited warranty from the tuner as well. It’s joined by the just-revealed 2025 Roush Ford F-150, and like that model, gives shoppers a suitable alternative to the factory Tremor in many ways.

Brett's lost track of all the Fords he's owned over the years and how much he's spent modifying them, but his current money pits include an S550 Mustang and 13th gen F-150.

  1. I’ve worked on a few 22-23s. The Roush Super Duty is one badass truck. I love them.
