2014 Ford F-150 SVT Raptor With 18K Miles Heading To Auction

Now in its third generation, the Ford F-150 Raptor remains as popular as ever, a high-performance off-road-focused model that continues to sell well and generate health profits for The Blue Oval itself. The first-generation Ford F-150 SVT Raptor remains a hot entity on the collector car auction circuit thanks to not only the fact that it started that trend, but also, it’s the only one that came equipped with a naturally-aspirated V8. As such, we’ve seen a lot of nice first-gen Ford F-150 SVT Raptor pickups pop up for sale recently, and that list now includes this 2014 model.

This 2014 Ford F-150 SVT Raptor is set to be auctioned off at Mecum’s upcoming Houston sale next month, and it’s a fine example with just a tad over 18k miles on the clock. It’s finished in Tuxedo Black Metallic paint on the outside that looks to be in great shape, and it’s accompanied by Raptor SVT graphics, the model’s signature wide fenders, and the original 17-inch black beadlock-capable alloy wheels.

The same goes for the super-clean interior, which is loaded with amenities including two-tone black and red leather seats, a leather-wrapped steering wheel, a trailer brake controller, dual-zone automatic climate control, power-adjustable pedals, remote start, cruise control, auxiliary switches, a Sony CD sound system, and SYNC infotainment with navigation. Power comes from the naturally-aspirated 6.2L V8 Boss engine, which was factory rated to produce 411 horsepower and 434 pound-feet of torque, flowing to the wheels via a six-speed automatic transmission and an electronically locking differential with 4.10 gears.

This very nice 2014 Ford F-150 SVT Raptor is just the latest of several nice first-generation models we’ve spotted at auction as of late, however. That list also includes a Tuxedo Black 2013 model with 33k miles on the clock, an Ingot Silver Metallic 2013 with 59k miles, and a Race Red 2014 sporting a mere 1,400 miles.

Brett's lost track of all the Fords he's owned over the years and how much he's spent modifying them, but his current money pits include an S550 Mustang and 13th gen F-150.
