2024 Ford F-150 Driver Decides To Cut In At Traffic Light: Video

It’s always advisable to mind one’s manners while out on the road, but it’s even more important to drive politely when your company name is plastered on the rear window of your pickup. A recent dashcam video shows the driver of a 2024 Ford F-150 making an ill-advised decision to skip traffic waiting at a light, illegally cutting the cam car off to complete the pass.

Video still of the offending 2024 Ford F-150 cutting off the cam car to make an illegal pass at a traffic light.

Appropriately posted to the r/IdiotsInCars community on Reddit, the video shows the sudden entrance of the black 2024 Ford F-150 to the cammer’s right. The pickup calmly pulls in front of the cam car, presumably to skip their spot in line as they wait to be able to turn left across oncoming traffic.

The driver of the cam car doesn’t lay on the horn – a decision that many others in their position might have made – and remains in place while the 2024 Ford F-150 driver completes the pass like they didn’t do anything wrong. What’s more, the business’s name is proudly emblazoned across the rear window, making them extremely easy to identify later on. It seems like this isn’t the first offense from this particular business, either. Reviews from as far back as five years ago indicate that other drivers have had run-ins with them. Internet users seem to have dogpiled on the business since this video was posted, review-bombing them on Google with a series of one-star ratings.

The risky, illegal move seems to have had little payoff, too. The cam car finally completes their turn after the F-150 and winds up right on their tail as they travel down a side road. Moral of the story: both cars would have made the turn either way at around the same time, so the pickup’s attempt to skip traffic really didn’t help it anyway.

A little while ago, a Ford Mustang also appeared to have trouble comprehending a stoplight, speeding through the turn and cutting off a legally turning car before circling back around and ramming them again.

  1. Not very smart doing something like that with your business name on back window. Hope cam driver turns video into police department. Don’t need driver on the roda like this
