The refreshed 2024 Ford F-150 debuted with a host of new features and various other updates, albeit, ones that came at a cost, as the pickup received a price increase across the entire trim level lineup, increasing anywhere from $1,205 all the way up to $10,505, depending on the series. However, the 2025 Ford F-150 actually received a price cut for certain trims – the STX, XLT, and Lariat, while others got a bit pricier. Now, the 2025 Ford F-150 has received another price hike.

According to a dealer bulletin recently seen by CarsDirect, the entire 2025 Ford F-150 lineup has been treated to a modest price increase of $100, a change that actually took effect in early February. It’s unclear why Ford opted to make these changes, but it’s worth noting that the base 2024 Ford F-150 XL debuted with a starting price tag of $36,570, a figure that has since grown to $38,810, sans destination and delivery charges, which push that tally over the $40k mark.
Coming off a mid-cycle refresh for 2024, the 2025 Ford F-150 hasn’t undergone any major changes, as one would expect. Regardless, the 2025 F-150 is deleting the factory-installed SecuriCode keypad, though it’s still available as a dealer-installed option. The 2025 Ford F-150 will also no longer come standard with the factory Connected Navigation feature on the XL and STX trims, which was previously standard across the 2024 F-150 lineup. Additionally, the 2025 Ford F-150 XLT will only offer Connected Navigation on the Mid (302A) and High (303A) equipment groups, though in that case, it does include a one-year trial for the service.
Additionally, the 2025 Ford F-150 has dropped the previously-available Heritage Edition, which debuted back in June of 2022 for the 2023 model year as a bit of a retro throwback, and has also ditched its three-year BlueCruise subscription option. Finally, the 2025 Ford F-150 lineup is deleting a pair of exterior color options – Avalanche and Darkened Bronze Metallic.

Just keep raising prices until no one can afford one.
Are the people at Ford really that tone deaf the trucks are piling up on the dealer lots because they are too expensive and now raising prices again.
I read the other day in some other business article that the F series is about to lose its 40 year run as the top selling vehicle in America. I forget the make and model of the other car. I just recall it was some type of economy type car from a japanese maker. That would indicate while people in America might want these big Ford trucks, if they keep raising the prices of them, the appeal starts to lose its luster. People are going to look to other less expensive alternatives.
Ford does not even sell cars anymore, especially in Latin America (correct me if I am wrong), and have Ranger, Everest, Ranger, Everest, Ranger Everest…
RAV4s are good economy cars.
Building cheaper trucks and charging more Won’t be a Ford customer much longer
Classic Ford… increases prices and removes features. The Lariat model in Canada is now about 100k and doesn’t even get leather seats. Ford needs to get rid of Farley badly and get someone in who cares about quality.
