When driving, it’s best to assume every other motorist is trying to crash into you, and not just because of road rage. Sometimes, it’s plain old stupidity behind the wheel. A recent dashcam video shows a first gen Ford Expedition taking a left turn across traffic when they clearly had no business doing so, wrecking the innocent cammer in the process.
The cammer uploaded their dashcam capture to the popular Reddit community r/IdiotsInCars, asking for insight on the accident, which they felt they might have caused. The original poster is rightfully exonerated in the comments, because it’s clear that the Ford Expedition driver is at fault.
The video shows the cammer driving on a long straightaway, approaching an intersection into a row of businesses. Apparently, the white Ford Expedition just had to get into that parking lot, and weren’t exactly patient in making their move to cross traffic. The Expedition begins to make its left hand turn across traffic without signaling, surprising the cammer, who tries to slow to avoid impact.
There’s really not much that can be done, though. It’s clear the Expedition driver didn’t check to make sure they were in the clear before making their move, putting its broadside right in the path of the cammer. The two vehicles make heavy contact, spinning the Ford Expedition before it rocks to a halt. The cammer’s car sustains damage, too, if the crumpled hood is any indication.
Most commenters point out that the Ford Expedition was obviously at fault, but one user takes a cheekier approach, saying, “Yes you’re the idiot. You clearly should have jumped over them. Hope they buy you the car you’ve always dreamed of though.”

Taking turns at an intersection can be hazardous, apparently. Another Ford Expedition tried to make a right turn, blowing through a red light in the process. A Ford F-150 driver misjudged their turn and slammed directly into a massive tractor-trailer, while the driver of a Ford Mustang got a little too heavy on the accelerator through a turn and went for a neat little spin right off the road.

Disregarding traffic signs/lights and neglecting to use turn signals has lately made driving quite adventurous. Speeding has also been overlooked by the troopers too.
