Buyers of any high-performance Blue Oval model are invited to join the automaker to learn the ins and outs of tracking their vehicles. That includes the Ford Explorer ST and ST-Line, and now, owners of the peppy crossover can register to take classes as part of the ST SUV Experience initiative.
The invitation is extended to owners of a 2024 or 2025 model year Ford Explorer ST or 2025 ST-Line. Attendees will be given a thorough introduction to their vehicles, including all of their high-performance capabilities and features in both a controlled track setting and on public roads, helping owners get the most out of their crossovers. Buyers can attend the course in either Asheville, North Carolina, or Park City, Utah.
The experience includes one day of driving experience, a one-night stay, a welcome dinner reception for the participant and a guest, along with meals on the second day, an exclusive gift set, and more.
“Once you have completed this program, you will have even more respect for your ST SUV and a new-found appreciation for your enhanced driving skills. Oh, and plenty of terrific memories of a wonderful time spent in the mountains,” the class’s description reads.

Ford notes that vehicle ownership is verified by VIN, and only one owner/participant per vehicle is eligible to attend. Eligible participants who purchased and took delivery of a qualifying 2024 or 2025 Ford Explorer have one calendar year from the date of delivery to register for and attend the ST SUV Experience.
Each ST SUV Experience offers a unique setting, but participants will be given equal attention as they tackle the course. All classes will be guided by the Ford Performance Racing school, which offers a range of Blue Oval product-focused training to help owners get the most out of their vehicles. Ford Explorer ST owners can sign up for the ST SUV Experience on Ford’s website.

My wife ordered a 2024 Ford Edge ST on the last day they were available to order last year. When it finally arrived, we then signed up for the ST SUV Experience in Park City, UT. When you get there, they give you a vehicle to use for the program. It was a great way to learn all the new features and let’s not forget the performance of this special Edge ST.
They divided us into two main groups, Edge and Explorer.
The autocross performance session brought back great memories when we both competed for many years in SCCA Solo II competition.
She was the 1999 SCCA Midwest Division G Stock Ladies Champion that year, with another great Ford….1999 Ford SVT Contour.
…is the one night stay at the local Ford dealer’s customer service waiting room?
The night stay was at the Hyatt Centric in Park City, UT. Also a nice meal that night, with a breakfast buffet the next day, and noon lunch at the test site.
A very nice place with underground parking for our vehicle. All no charge for both my wife and I.
This was similar to the Mustang Mach 1 Track Attack Program when I bought a
2021 Mach 1. That time we went to Charlotte Motor Speedway for a day on the NASCAR Road Course.
