As is typically the case with a complete redesign, the 2025 Ford Expedition received an updated exterior color lineup. Below, Ford Authority outlines the availability of each color, including pricing and trim level where applicable.
Agate Black Metallic
Stone Blue Metallic
Dark Matter Gray
Glacier Gray Metallic
Star White Metallic Tri-Coat
Wild Green
Space Silver Metallic
Oxford White
The 2025 Ford Expedition model line consist of Active, Tremor, Platinum and King Ranch. There are eight colors offered on the 2025 Ford Expedition. Four of these are offered at no cost, while the remaining four are premium paint colors. Oxford White (paint code YZ), Space Silver Metallic (paint code A3), and Agate Black Metallic (UM) are all no-cost options available on all four trims.
Wild Green (paint code FC) is the only other no-cost color, but its availability is limited to the all-new Tremor trim and the Platinum trim, but only in conjunction with the Black Onyx interior colorway. It cannot be combined with the Salt Crystal Gray interior colorway offered on the Expedition Platinum.
Dark Matter Gray Metallic (paint code HY) is offered at a premium, costing $495 to outfit on all trims. Stone Blue Metallic (paint code C9) is also offered as a $495 extra on all trims except for King Ranch. Finally, Star White Metallic Tri-Coat (paint code R7) and Glacier Gray Metallic Tri-Coat (paint code R7) are both priced at $995 and available across the entire 2025 Ford Expedition lineup.
Note that three colors – Race Red, Jewel Red Metallic, and Iconic Silver – are no longer offered on the 2025 Expedition and were discontinued after the 2024 model year was built out.
The redesigned 2025 Ford Expedition sports fresh styling, a split rear liftgate, and a completely revamped interior with a new 24-inch panoramic display that doubles as the instrument cluster and is paired with an 13.2-inch center screen. All of these changes come at a cost, however, as the 2025 Expedition is quite a bit pricier than the outgoing model. For reference, the base Active model starts at $62,000, not accounting for destination freight charges (DFC). However, when optioned out, the full-size SUV can cost well over $90,000.
Production of the redesigned 2025 Expedition began at the Kentucky Truck plant on January 6th, 2025.

Don’t care what color it comes in. Not going to buy a Ford that looks like a Chevy
Agree. That grille is pretty cheap looking, too….
Almost like something on a fleet vehicle.
