The RTR Off-Road Team stood tall at the 2025 Mint 400, a challenging off-road sprint across the desert outside of Las Vegas, Nevada. Three Ford Raptor racers finished on the podium when the checkers fell on the tough off-road race, picking up plenty of wins for RTR and The Blue Oval along the way.
Bailey Campbell, the newest addition to the RTR Off-Road Team, proved that she’s right where she belongs by piloting her Ford Bronco 4600 to a second-place finish in the 4600 Stock Class. She was bested by a fellow Ford Raptor racer, the Bronco of Josh Williams, who finished first in the division, putting The Blue Oval on top of the charts in the Nevada desert.
The Stock Mini/Mid-Size Class was the playground for Ford Raptor royalty Vaughn Gittin Jr. Guiding his Ford Bronco Raptor, Gittin made quick work of a few other OEM competitors in the first segment of the race, putting the Honda and Chevy rivals behind him in short order. Brad Lovell was his only real competition as the two Ford Bronco racers battled hard across the desert.
After trading the stop spot back and forth across the miles, Gittin settled for the runner-up position, chasing Lovell across the line to finish second. Even so, he was thrilled with the Ford Raptor fleet’s performance.
“What the Ford Engineering teams are accomplishing is unreal,” he said. “The performance we’ve achieved with the Raptors is unheard of, considering how close these trucks are to showroom stock. Their ability to dominate such a challenging, rough, and unforgiving course is a true testament to Ford’s engineering excellence.”
The Ford Bronco Raptor racers were joined by the Ford F-150 Raptor R of Loren Healy, which was the machine to beat in the Stock Full-Size Class. He scrapped hard with a Chevy and a Ram for the top spot, but once he had it, he ran away with the lead, finishing well shut of the competition.
