2025 Ford Expedition Stealth Packages Explained

The redesigned 2025 Ford Expedition was designed to be a bold, commanding presence on and off the streets, but for buyers who want to fly under the radar, the Stealth Packages are the perfect blend of subtle and sporty. Both the Stealth Appearance Package and the Stealth Performance Package are on the order books for the full-size SUV, but the two bundles offer similar features with an important distinction. Today, Ford Authority explores what each of these packages contains, how to tell them apart, and how much they’ll set Expedition buyers back.

A side view of the 2025 Ford Expedition Platinum with the Stealth Appearance Package equipped. This package is one of two "Stealth" bundles offered on the full-size SUV.

Acquiring either of the Stealth Packages requires that buyers must first choose the 2025 Ford Expedition Platinum, which itself starts at $79,995 including destination freight charges (DFC). Both packages are optional on – and exclusive to – this trim level.

The Stealth Appearance Package is geared more toward aesthetics, offered at $3,570. This package includes exclusive badging, 22X9-inch High Gloss Black Painted aluminum wheels, black headlamp bezels, Carbon Black front fascia, black roof rails, and a grille with signature lighting, plus more. Note that this package requires the Black Onyx interior colorway, and cannot be paired with the Platinum Ultimate Package. It also features the standard twin-turbocharged 3.5L EcoBoost V6, rated at 400 horsepower and 480 pound-feet of torque.

The Stealth Performance Package, meanwhile, also offers a host of exterior aesthetic upgrades and then some. For $6,545, the Stealth Performance Package fits the 2025 Ford Expedition Platinum with the optional high-output 3.5L V6 engine, good for a peppy 440 horsepower and 510 pound-feet of torque. It also includes the 22-inch by 9-inch Magnetite Painted Aluminum Wheels, plus all of the badging included in the Stealth Appearance Package.

Production of the full size SUV began at the Kentucky Truck plant on January 6th, 2025, as previously reported by Ford Authority. Pricing starts at $63,695, including destination freight charges, making the SUV a bit more expensive than it was for 2024. In fact, the priciest model in the bunch can cost upwards of $90,000.
