Ford Bronco 35-Inch Spare Tire Mount Digital Upgrade Kit Revealed

Those that own a sixth-generation Ford Bronco certainly don’t lack for options when it comes to aftermarket parts and accessories, as well as a full array of products from The Blue Oval itself. Ford Performance sells a host of these accessories itself – everything from full OEM and aftermarket wheel kits to colorful beadlock trim rings, tire pressure monitors, and lug nuts. Now that list has expanded yet again with the addition of this new 2021-2023 Ford Bronco spare tire mount upgrade kit for models with digital rear cameras, too.

The 2021-2025 Ford Bronco spare tire mount digital upgrade kit is listed for sale in the Ford Performance catalog under part number M-19007-BRD35, and it retails for $545. The main draw here is that it enables the use of a 35-inch spare tire on the tailgate, meaning that it’s perfect for folks that own Broncos that didn’t come equipped with the optional Sasquatch Package from the factory.

This particular kit fits all 2021-2025 Ford Bronco models that came equipped with the 12-inch SYNC screen and 360-degree camera, though customers with the smaller eight-inch screen offered in some models before the larger unit became standard equipment for the 2024 model year can also purchase the same type of kit under a different part number. This kit includes a fully-assembled spare tire mount with a high-mount brake light designed to clear 35-inch tires, a digital rear camera, a complete wiring harness, and two 35-inch tire replacement bumpers. Owners will need to re-use their existing mounting hardware, however, as that isn’t included in the kit.

Ford Performance also recommends that owners who purchase this kit and upgrade to 35s also get the Ford Bronco Spare Tire Mount Reinforcement Kit listed under part number M-19007-BRS. That kit retails for $310 and helps reinforce the spare tire mount on the tailgate to help support the weight of larger tires, and it includes the same black powder-coated swing gate hinges and exoskeleton present on the Bronco Raptor, along with a rubber bumper stopper and a matte black rear Bronco emblem, to boot.

Brett's lost track of all the Fords he's owned over the years and how much he's spent modifying them, but his current money pits include an S550 Mustang and 13th gen F-150.
