The Ford employee pricing for everyone plan was announced early this month – on the very same day that 25 percent tariffs on imported automobiles took effect – offering customers the same sort of discount on new vehicle purchases as Blue Oval workers. At that time, Ford announced that customers could take advantage of this special pricing through early June, but now – following some tremendous success – the automaker has opted to extend it into July.
The Ford employee pricing for everyone plan has officially been extended to July 4th, giving consumers a bit of extra time to take advantage of it. It’s worth noting that dealers aren’t required to participate in the program, however, and there are several models that don’t qualify for Ford employee pricing – including the Ford Ranger Raptor, Ford Bronco Raptor, and Ford F-150 Raptor, as well as the Ford Mustang Dark Horse and GTD, the Ford Bronco Stroppe Edition, the redesigned 2025 Ford Expedition and 2025 Lincoln Navigator, the 2025 Ford Super Duty lineup, F-450 and F-550 Chassis Cabs, E-450 Cutaway and E-450 Stripped Chassis, F-53 Class A Motorhome Chassis and F59 Commercial Stripped Chassis, plus the F-650 and F-750 Chassis Cab.
Regardless, it’s no surprise that Ford opted to extend this particular program, given how successful it has proven to be over the past few weeks. As Ford Authority reported earlier this month, dealers are reporting robust – and even record – sales in some parts of the country as a result, even as select vehicles actually got more expensive following its implementation.
Shortly thereafter, Ford revealed that dealer showroom traffic across the U.S. had increased by “double digits” following the employee pricing for everyone plan’s implementation. The program is essentially the same as the existing A-Plan pricing for regular, non-affiliated customers – basically, those customers pay the invoice price on a vehicle, minus holdback and advertising fees, plus an additional $275 for a program fee.
