The Ford Power Promise program debuted in the U.S. last September, offering retail customers that purchase or lease a Ford Mustang Mach-E, Ford F-150 Lightning, or E-Transit a free home charger when they take delivery of those vehicles, plus free standard installation. It proved to be so popular that the Ford Power Promise program was then extended not just once, but twice, and is currently slated to run through July 7th, 2025. Ford Power Promise just launched in Canada in early February, and now, it has been extended in that country, too.
We’re also extending the Ford Power Promise home charger offer in the US & some regions of Canada until June 30th! Here’s more info from Jim Gawron, @Ford‘s director of charging strategy, on how filling up at home has been a game changer for customers. https://t.co/mqpQF3yVQ6

Previous, Ford Power Promise was slated to end in Canada after March 31st, 2025, but now, CEO Jim Farley has announced that the automaker will continue to offer this benefit through June 30th, 2025. There, retail customers that buy or lease an eligible Ford Mustang Mach-E, F-150 Lightning, or E-Transit can also get a complimentary home charger and standard installation at their home.
Quebec residents don’t qualify for the program, however, but they do have the option to purchase a discounted home charger and standard installation bundle for $2,450 plus tax, a package that carries an estimated retail value of $3,600. As for who will perform the installations in Canada, the official Ford Power Promise partner in the Canadian market is RocketEV Charging Solutions Inc.
The Ford Power Promise program has proven to be so popular in the U.S. and Canada that the automaker recently also expanded it to the UK, too. There, customers that purchase a new Explorer EV, Capri EV, Puma Gen-E, Mustang Mach-E, E-Tourneo Custom, or E-Tourneo Courier can receive a free home charger and standard installation, or £500 ($639 USD) cash, as well as a Home Energy Bonus good for up to 10,000 miles.
