About Ford Ranger
The 2025 Ford Ranger arrives without major changes or updates over the all-new 2024 Ford Ranger.
As before, the carryover turbocharged Ford 2.3L I-4 EcoBoost gasoline engine from the previous generation produces 270 horsepower and 310 pound-feet of torque, while the new, optional twin-turbocharged Ford 2.7L V6 EcoBoost generates 315 horsepower and 400 pound-feet of torque. Both are mated exclusively to the Ford 10-speed automatic transmission, giving the new Ranger a payload capacity of up to 1,805 pounds and a max towing limit of 7,500 pounds.
The high-performance Ranger Raptor is powered by the twin-turbocharged Ford 3.0L V6 EcoBoost, rated at 405 horsepower and 430 pound-feet of torque on premium fuel, sending power to the wheels via Ford’s 10-speed automatic transmission, an electronically-controlled on-demand two-speed transfer case, and front- and rear-locking differentials.

Also, here is every 2025 Ranger paint color, after ditching three colors, though the Raptor adds Marsh Gray and Desert Sand due to customer requests. Here are available wheels, a guide to every grille, and everything you need to know about offered packages, including a revised Chrome Accent Package and minor changes made to the FX4 Off-Road Package.
Notably, the 2025 model gets a dealer installed keyless entry keypad, replacing the factory-installed SecuriCode option like The Blue Oval continues to do across its the board.
The 2025 Ranger lineup gets a modest price bump over the 2024 model, up anywhere from $100 to $260 depending on trim level and configuration, with some of those dropping $150. The $1,595 destination/delivery charge remains unchanged.

Just got ours. A remarkable deal!
…. OK, Vince Brown: I DARE YOU to write an article that lists ACTUAL employee pricing available for just two vehicles in the Ford line-up. All your articles and all the advertising hypes up this fake discount, but nothing is ever published as to what amount that is, even as an estimate. ODD, ISN’T IT?? I”VE BEEN inside a dealership, and I”VE BEEN TOLD it doesn’t exist, at least on a Black Diamond Bronco. Do some real reporting here- get to the bottom of this scam!!

.. and as a PS, this dealer WAS a “participating” dealer, Baxter Ford (2) in Omaha.
